Taviroo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order with Taviroo, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Taviroo reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, shipping restrictions, or other operational concerns.

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing or has shipped.

If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases made through the Services are primarily for personal or household use and not for unauthorized resale or unlawful export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, offers, and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Unless otherwise stated, listed product prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges.

Promotions may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider; and

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Our standard shipping charges are:

Orders under $80 USD: $6.60 shipping

Orders of $80 USD or more: Free Shipping

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery generally takes 10–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, local delivery conditions, public holidays, inaccurate shipping information, or events outside our reasonable control.

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages and may arrive separately.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss may pass to the customer once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Taviroo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made from our store are made directly with Taviroo.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales transactions between you and Taviroo, including injury, damage, loss, disputes, refunds, shipping, product performance, or other issues arising from products purchased from Taviroo.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to purchases or transactions made directly with Taviroo.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that access to the Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

THIS MAY INCLUDE LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR LOSSES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Any ambiguities in these Terms will not automatically be interpreted against the party responsible for drafting them.

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized attempted transfer may be void.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which Taviroo provides Services will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the legal entity operating Taviroo is established, unless applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will be handled by courts or other competent authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits rights that consumers may have under mandatory laws of their place of residence.
